Our newsletters and marketing emails are sent through our customer relationship management platform, DealCloud, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
To be in accordance with CAN-SPAM we agree to the following:
- NOT use false or misleading subjects or email addresses
- Identify the message as an advertisement in some reasonable way
- Include the physical address of our business or site headquarters
- Monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance, if one is used.
- Honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests quickly
- Allow users to unsubscribe by using the link at the bottom of each email
If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future marketing emails, you can email us at info@monarchfts.com. Follow the instructions at the bottom of each email and we will promptly remove you from future marketing emails.
California Residents
This section provides additional information for California residents.
Categories of personal information we collect: identifiers such as name, email address, and phone number; professional information such as company name and job title; internet activity such as pages visited and interactions with our website; and general location inferred from IP address. We collect this information directly from you when you submit a form or subscribe to a newsletter, and automatically through cookies and analytics technologies as described in this policy. We use it for the purposes described in the How We Use Your Information section above.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding 12 months.
