You already have a weekly pipeline report, and it probably works fine. It tells you what’s open and what it’s worth. What it doesn’t tell you is what changed — that answer is buried in deal history, and nobody has a free afternoon every Monday to go hunting for a pattern in it. Using DealCloud’s MCP, we built a report that does the hunting.
The video walks through what it surfaced: a pipeline down 16% against six weeks ago, zero deals originated in August against a monthly average of 28, a deal sitting at 230 days in live diligence when the firm’s own median to close is 18, and one originator converting at 3.9% against a house average of 19. None of that is hidden data. It’s the same numbers you already review, with a year of your own history underneath them for context, which is the difference between finding a stall in week one and finding it in week five.
